"Key West fly-fishing!"

Key West fly-fishing is fabulous. Yes, I'm talking about fly fishing in saltwater, not the river, stream or lake you have back home.

In a beautiful tropical setting you can have all the challenges and rewards of this type of angling, but without the waders. And best of all, you can fish in comfortable weather all year.

Key West and the many nearby islands are surrounded by both shallow and deep waters that provide homes to a wide variety of fish. This allows you to catch a few different species in the same day.

If you have some skill and some luck you just might be able to complete the grand slam, catching tarpon, bonefish and permit on the same day.

If you don't want to bring your own equipment, everything you need is available for rent or purchase, including such popular brand names as Orvis, Sage, Scott, Winston, Abel, Tibor, Shimano and many others.

In fact, while you are in town you can even get a new tropical wardrobe if you want, from footwear up to hats.

Plenty of experienced guides are available for half-day (4 hours) and full day (8 hours) outings for all skill levels and casting styles.
